一、武汉市农科院简介:
I. Brief Introduction
武汉市农业科学技术研究院,是集农业科研、开发、推广、服务、培训于一体的公益型综合性农业科研机构。
Wuhan Academy of Agricultural Science & Technology known as a public and comprehensive agri-scientific and technical research institute with a combination of agri-scientific research, development, promotion, services and training.
全院下设6个研究所、2个中心和2个科技成果转化企业,即蔬菜科研所、畜牧兽医科研所、水产科研所、农业科研所、林业果树科研所、农业机械化科研所;农业生物工程技术研究中心、农业干部培训中心;中博生物股份有限公司、现代都市农业规划设计院。
It embraces 6 sub-research institutes, 2 centers as well as 2 enterprises focus on transferring scientific and technological achievements, namely Wuhan Vegetable Research Institute, Wuhan Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Research, Wuhan Fisheries Research Institute, Wuhan Institute of Agricultural Science, Wuhan Forestry & Fruit Tree Research Institute, Wuhan Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute; Agricultural Bioengineering Technology Research Center and Agricultural Cadres Training Center; Wuhan Chopper Biology Co., Ltd and Wuhan Modern Urban Agriculture Planning and Design Institute.
截止2013年12月31日,全院现有职工1033人,其中在职职工494人,离退休职工539人。在职职工中有各类专业技术人员346人,其中正高职46人,副高职113人,中级104人,专业技术人员中有博士研究生40(含博士后),硕士及研究生87人,本科学历149人。共有90多人获得各类市级及以上人才荣誉称号,其中国务院特殊津贴20人,国家百千万人才工程人选1人,全国杰出专业技术人才1人,省高端人才引领计划第一层次人选1人,省级专家6人。
By the end of December 31st, 2013, we have 1,033 staff, among which 494 are active staff and 539 are ex-employees and retired workers. Among the active staff, there are 346 professional technical personnel, 46 of which embrace senior titles, 113 with secondary senior titles and 104 with intermediate professional title. There are 40 gained doctor’s degree (including those in postdoctoral study), 87 masters and 149 undergraduates in our academy. Furthermore, There are more than 90 people attaining personnel honorary titles at municipal level and above, including 20 experts enjoying the allowances awarded by the State Council, 1 candidate of Baiqianwan Talents Project, 1 national outstanding professional and technical personnel, 1 provincial high-end candidate of first level personnel for introducing talents project, and 6 provincial experts.
至2013年底,全院共承担各级各类科技项目1162项,取得农业科技成果480项(科研项目鉴定成果391项、品种审(认)定38个,专利92项),科研成果获奖189项。全院发表科研论文1556篇(其中SCI或EI论文70篇),出版专著51部。
By the end of 2013, the whole institutes have undertaken 1162 science and technology projects of all kinds. It has got 480 scientific and technological achievements in agriculture (391 scientific research appraisal achievements, 38 certified varieties and 92 patents) and 189 awards in scientific research achievements. There are 1,556 research papers (including 70 papers published on SCI or EI) and 51 monographs published.
全院拥有各类研发平台40个,部及以上的平台有:国家种质武汉水生蔬菜资源圃,国家蔬菜工程技术研究中心水生蔬菜工程技术研究部(武汉)、国家蔬菜工程技术研究中心华中育种与示范站、中国园艺学会水生蔬菜分会、武汉水生蔬菜国家野外科学观测研究站、农业部水生蔬菜种质资源观测实验站、国家农业部农药田间药效认证单位、国家农业部农药登记室内活性测定认证单位、农业部产业技术体系的“大宗蔬菜综合试验站”和“食用菌综合实验站”、“水禽功能实验站”、国家鲌鱼良种场、动物生物药物教育部工程研发中心等。其中,国家种质武汉水生蔬菜资源圃是全国32个资源圃之一,属农业部直管,我院也是副省级城市中唯一一个承担国家种质资源圃的单位。圃内保存有莲藕、茭白、芋头等十三类水生蔬菜资源材料2000余份,是我国收集种质资源最全面的水生蔬菜种质基因库,圃中的现有资源是培育水生蔬菜新品种的核心物质基础,被农业部专家组评价为“国内领先、国际罕见”的水生蔬菜资源圃。

全院形成了23个具有武汉都市农业特色的优势学科,并取得了一系列科技成果。优势学科的建设和发展,奠定了我院在武汉市、湖北省乃至全国的重要地位。目前,我院水生蔬菜居全国第一;现代都市农业规划设计全国第一;萝卜抗热品种研究全国领先;奶牛胚胎非手术移植华中第一;鳜鱼研究全省第一;鱼药研究与开发全省第一;兽药研发全省第一;维尔福种苗的现代设施和产能全省第一,华中地区规模最大;茄子研究处于华中地区先进水平,产品远销美国等国家;地方科研院所同时主持两个农业部农业公益性行业计划在全国唯一。

1、水生蔬菜学科:保存水生蔬菜种质资源13大类2000多份,通过对种质资源进行综合评价,选育出高产优质新品种30余个。所出成果以此带动主持承担国家行业计划,确立了在我国的主导地位。
1. Aquatic vegetable Discipline: There are 13 major categories and more than 2000 copies of preserved aquatic vegetable germ plasm resources and selected more than 30 new varieties with high yield and quality by comprehensive evaluation of germ plasm resources, resulting in undertaking national industry plan, and establishing the leading position in china.
2、蔬菜植物保护学科:每年承担近200项农药登记药效试验和农药厂家的各种验证性试验,在蔬菜抗性害虫及主要害虫防治技术研究、高毒农药替代技术研究、黄瓜、辣椒与豇豆疫病的研究及多种病害的综合防治等方面取得突出成绩。主持承担国家行业计划,为该学科确立国内主导地位赢得了荣誉。
2.Vegetable Plant Protection Discipline: undertaking nearly 200 pesticide registration efficacy test and verification test of pesticide manufacturers per year, and makes outstanding achievements in vegetable resistant insects and technique of prevention and control of main pesticide research, highly toxic pesticide alternative technology research, cucumber, pepper and cowpea blight research and various diseases control. Taking charge of national industry plan earn the honor as a dominant discipline domestically.
3、十字花科蔬菜学科:利用雄性不育系,选育出春、夏、秋、冬系列萝卜及腌制型加工萝卜新品种20个,使萝卜实现了周年生产。所出成果使该学科达国内领先水平。
3. Cruciferous Vegetables Discipline: taking advantage of male sterile line, breed 20 new varieties of spring, summer, autumn, winter series and pickled radish, so that the annual radish production are realized. Thus the achievements boost the discipline reached the domestic advanced level.
4、茄果类蔬菜学科:率先在湖北省启动蔬菜航天育种研究,选育出我国首个航天茄子在内的茄果类新品种20个,已经更新换代2~3次。所出成果达国内先进水平。
4.Solanaceous Fruit Vegetable Discipline: taking the lead in starting research on vegetable space breeding in Hubei province, breeding 20 new varieties of fruits of China's first space eggplant, which has been updated for 2 to3 times. The results reached domestic advanced level.
5、蔬菜栽培与采后学科:主要开展快生菜育种、蔬菜有机栽培技术研究和产业化推广,依托国家大宗蔬菜产业技术体系武汉综合试验站,开展产业综合集成技术的试验、示范。

Vegetable Cultivation and Postharvest Discipline: mainly carry out fast breeding of lettuce, organic vegetables cultivation technology research and industrialization promotion, relying on Wuhan comprehensive test station of national staple vegetable industry technical system to implement experiment and demonstration of comprehensive and integrated technique for the industry.
6. Fish Disease and Water Environment Discipline: making full use of original scientific and technological achievements to develop more than 80 fish medicine such as "green, environmental protection, efficient" disinfectants, insecticides, oral preparation series of fishery drugs on the basis of Chinese herbal medicine, thus the products are sold all over china and realized the integration of production, study and research.
7、长江名特色鱼类学科:主要从事长江特色鱼类繁育技术研究、开发、种质资源保存和新品种选育,形成以黑尾近红鲌、蒙古红鲌、翘嘴红鲌为主的长江特色鱼类规模繁育及产业化成套技术,并成功组织申报了国家级“湖北武汉鲌鱼良种场”,选育出鲌鱼国审新品种。
7.Yangtze Famous and Characteristic Fish Discipline: mainly engaged in research, development, conservation of germ plasm resources and breeding new varieties, , taking form of Yangtze River’s famous and characteristic fish scale breeding and industrialized technology packages, mainly for the type of Ancherythroculter nigrocauda, Mongolia ilishaeformis and Erythroculter ilishaeformis, and successfully organized the application for national leveled " Wuhan Culter Fish Breeding Farms in Hubei”, and breed new variety of Culter fish.
8、肉食性鱼类学科:从事以鳜鱼为主导的长江肉食性鱼类种苗繁育、成鱼养殖及病害综合防治等技术的研发,年产肉食性鱼类优质种苗3000万尾,饵料鱼及其它名优鱼种苗20亿尾。

10、水禽学科:开发出系列“江汉肉鸭”水禽,建有3个共9万套的种鸭场,存栏种鸭5万余套,年提供近1000万只优质肉鸭苗。
10. Waterfowl Discipline: it developed a series of "Jianghan duck" waterfowl, built 3 duck breeding fields with a total of 90 thousand sets, with more than 50 thousand sets of breed ducks in stock, and providing nearly 10 million high-quality meat ducklings annually.
11 、动物疾病防控学科:新兽药的研发、疫苗的研制、奶牛乳房炎的综合防控、规模化猪场主要疫病免疫评估以及生物安全技术体系的建立。
11. Animal Disease Prevention and Control Discipline: it engaged in R&D of new veterinary drugs, development of vaccines, comprehensive prevention and control of mastitis, immune evaluation for major diseases in large-scale pig farms and establishment of biological security technology system.
12、动物繁育与营养学科:主利用奶牛胚胎移植、胚胎性别控制技术提高奶牛性控精液受胎率和奶牛血液中妊娠识别标志基因筛选即早孕检测研究。

Animal Propagation and Nutrition Discipline: it mainly engaged in using milk cow embryo transplantation and embryo gender control technology to improve cow’s sex-controlled semen fecundation rate and blood pregnancy recognition marker gene screening, namely, research of early pregnancy detection technology.
13、西甜瓜学科:掌握了育种资源400多份,选育出10余个风味甜瓜新品种,在汉产哈密瓜、印字西瓜、方型西瓜等特色功能型西甜瓜研究方面有所突破。
13. Watermelon and Muskmelon Discipline: mastered more than 400 copies of breeding resources and more than 10 new varieties of flavor muskmelon with a breakthrough in the study of characteristic functional Chinese cantaloupe, watermelon with letters printed, square-shaped watermelons, etc.
14、植物营养学科:建立“测、配、产、供、施”平衡施肥技术与推广体系,对全市土壤进行调查,在土壤检测的基础上结合作物的养分吸收,研究生产了适应作物需要的系列配方肥和水溶性肥料品种。

15、种苗繁育与设施利用学科:主要围绕工厂化集中育苗环节,开展种苗集中育苗、分散种植技术体系的研究及推广,逐步形成标准化、集约化生产的技术体系。建有2万㎡现代化智能温室和4千㎡育苗车间,年产各类种苗花卉1亿株,其中瓜菜嫁接苗6千万株。

Seedling Propagation and Facility Utilization Discipline: it mainly focused around the factorial seedling breeding process, carried out research and promotion for integrated seedling breeding and dispersed planting technology system, and gradually developed into a standardized, intensive production technology system. It built 20-thousand-square-meter modern intelligent greenhouse and 4-thousand-square-meter seedling cultivation workshop, thus can cultivate 100 million seedlings of all kinds annually, among which there are 60 million strains of vegetable grafting seedlings.

22、都市农业研究与规划设计学科:专业从事都市农业各个产业体系的研究及现代都市农业产业发展、新农村建设的规划与设计工作,自成立以来,共承接农业产业规划与可行性研究100余项,总体规划设计面积达1000平方公里,单项规划设计面积达30多万亩,规划社会投资150余亿元。
